Mill & Mortar's smoked medium-hot paprika has clear smoky notes, resulting from pepper drying that takes place over beech trees in the so-called “secaderos” smoking houses, built directly on the fields.
This paprika can be used in a wide range of dishes, sauces, marinades, dressings or dishes where a hint of smoke is welcome.
