These pyramidal salt flakes come from the Missolonghi basin, a natural area in the north-west of Greece, and are the result of a rigorous process. Their pyramidal shape is obtained by crystallization under specific temperature and pressure conditions.
Use as a final touch, like fleur de sel. They crumble easily between your fingertips to obtain fine salt flakes which melt delicately in the mouth and provide a salty, pure and light taste.
Best to sprinkle on meat and fish, pasta, grilled vegetables or summer salads.
