The Japanese-inspired WÜSTHOF Classic Ikon 7" Hollow Edge Nakiri is a master of versatile produce prep work: it makes kitchen tasks such as slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping a simple everyday pleasure. The shape is inspired by a Japanese-style cleaver though should not be confused with one, as the Classic Ikon Nakiri knife is not suitable for rougher tasks such as splitting bones for the stockpot.
